The Victory Brigades in Hajjah province organized today a commemorative event to commemorate the day of the mandate of Imam Ali, peace be upon him.
In the event, which was attended by the Governor of Hajjah, Hilal Al-Sufi, and the Commander of the Victory Brigades, Major General Aqil Al-Shami, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni News Agency, Saba Nasr Al-Din Amer, pointed out the importance of commemorating the day of the mandate of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, to draw lessons from his sacrifices and courage in supporting the truth and confronting falsehood.
Wilayah Day was considered an educational station to renew loyalty to God Almighty, His Noble Messenger, and Imam Ali, may God honor his face.
Amer pointed out that the principle of guardianship preserves the nation's entity, dignity, independence, confrontation with its enemies, and makes it difficult for enemies to penetrate and dominate it.
He stressed the Yemeni people's pride in Imam Ali's mandate by celebrating this memory.
He explained that the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in the aggression face is due to their adherence to their faith identity, their loyalty, and their dependence on God Almighty, noting the victories that have been achieved on the fronts and various tracks.
In the event, which was attended by a number of leaders and officers of the Victory Brigades, the head of the Moral Guidance Division, Colonel Muhammad al-Madumi, touched on a part of the biography of Imam Ali, his jihad and sacrifice in order to uphold the word of God and support the Islamic religion.
He pointed out that the revival of the state day is not new to the Yemeni people, but rather it has been inherited since ancient times due to the Yemenis' attachment and love for Imam Ali, peace be upon him.
