The Governor of Hodeida, Muhammad Qahim, inspected the progress of work in the first phase of the project to establish the Greatest Prophet Center for the Treatment and Surgery of Oncology in the Medical City in Hodeida.
Governor Qahim was briefed on the nature of the work of the first phase of the project, which cost more than seven million dollars, and in which work was launched recently, funded and supervised by the Cancer Control Fund.
The governor of Hodeida indicated the importance of the oncology treatment and surgery project to alleviate the suffering of patients with cancer who face severe financial difficulties in traveling to the capital, Sana'a, to receive treatment.
