Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, Nico Popescu.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Popescu on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
