Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to Nancy Tembo,the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malawi.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Tembo ,on the occasion of her country's celebrations of the National Day.
