Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to Dhoihir Dhoulkamal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of the Comoros.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Dhoulkamal, on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
