University of Tripoli Makes History in QS World University Rankings

Tripoli: The University of Tripoli has achieved a significant milestone by entering the QS World University Rankings as the first Libyan university to be listed among the top 1,500 universities globally.

According to Libyan News Agency, this historic achievement highlights the university's dedication to enhancing academic performance and scientific research quality.

The recognition follows years of hard work by the university's academic and administrative staff. On this occasion, the National Program for Enhancing the International Competitiveness of Universities at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research congratulated the University of Tripoli's leadership and staff for their significant contributions.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Government of National Unity reiterated its support for Libyan universities in their pursuit of excellence. It expressed hope for more national universities to be featured in international rankings, aiming to improve the global perception of Libyan education.
