18th Libya International Healthcare Forum and Exhibition Commences in Tripoli

Tripoli: Minister of Health Dr. Mohamed Al-Ghouj, alongside Minister of State for Prime Minister and Cabinet Affairs Mohamed Bin Ghalboun, inaugurated the 18th Libya International Healthcare Forum and Exhibition in Tripoli yesterday, Monday. The event, themed "Sustainable Healthcare and Healing," saw participation from the Minister of Civil Service, various officials, and representatives from health institutions and local and international companies.According to Libyan News Agency, the Minister of Health highlighted the forum's role in reinforcing public-private partnerships and enhancing cooperation and expertise exchange. These initiatives are crucial for the development of the healthcare system and improving service quality for citizens.Al-Ghouj emphasized that establishing a more efficient and sustainable health system involves investing in the national workforce, developing healthcare infrastructure, localizing medical services, and utilizing digital transformation and modern technologies to enhance care quality. The forum acts as a platform for health institutions, experts, and specialized companies from both national and international spheres to present the latest healthcare technologies and innovations, and to share experiences that bolster Libya's health sector.The forum, spanning three days, will feature a scientific program with specialized lectures, workshops, and panel discussions.
