Tripoli: Sirte Oil and Gas Production and Manufacturing Company has announced the successful operation of its Precision Instruments Laboratory utilizing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technology.According to Libyan News Agency, the company's Training and Development Department has completed equipping the laboratory with all necessary requirements and is set to organize a series of specialized workshops. These workshops will focus on air conditioning and refrigeration, as well as valve and pump maintenance, aiming to enhance the skills and efficiency of technical personnel.The department emphasized that these programs are designed to fulfill the company's demand for trained technical staff, thereby enhancing performance and professional efficiency. This initiative supports the company's strategy to rely more on national expertise and enhance the technical and technological capabilities of its workforce.The ultimate goal is to prepare and qualify specialized national personnel across the sector, all owing them to stay abreast of the latest advancements in digital technologies related to automation and control.
