Tripoli: Public Prosecutor's agents have been dispatched to France to engage in a specialized training course at the French Judicial School, focusing on international arbitration.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Criminal Research and Training Center facilitated this initiative as part of the Public Prosecutor's technical cooperation agreement with the Expertise France Foundation. The training is a strategic element of the Public Prosecution's broader efforts to combat corruption by enhancing its capacity in areas demanding precise and objective knowledge. Key among these areas is the arbitration system, which, under Law No. 10 of 2023, serves as an alternative dispute resolution method in both national and international contexts.
