Pilgrims who performed Hajj under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah today visited historical sites in Madinah, including Jabal Ar-Rumat (Hill of Archers), the Martyrs of Uhud Cemetery and Quba Mosque.
The visitors were given detailed explanations about the Battle of Uhud, which took place between Muslims and idolaters in the third Hijri year. They visited the site of the battle and climbed the Hill of Archers, the place where archers stood in the Battle of Uhud.
At the Quba Mosque, the guests learned about the history of the mosque and its importance to Islam.
The tour is part of a cultural program that aims to enrich the cultural experience of visitors and pilgrims.
