Works Ministry said that the development work on Al Fateh Highway required a partial opening of the dnderpass at the intersection of Al Fateh Highway with Awal and Bani Otbah avenues (Al Fateh Grand Mosque Junction).
Two lanes will be provided for southbound traffic towards Mina Salman and one lane for northbound traffic towards Bahrain Bay. Additional two lanes for northbound traffic will be through the existing At-grade signal intersection.
The ministry annouced that Bani Otbah Avenue right out southbound movement towards Mina Salman through Al Fateh Highway will be closed.

The closure will be effective from Tuesday for 5 months as of tomorrow.
