Tripoli: Global Firepower, a global data analysis platform, reported that Libya ranked first among the countries of the African continent in terms of its oil reserves, according to proven data that showed that they amount to 50 billion barrels of black gold.Before these proven data, Libyan oil reserves amounted to 48 billion barrels.The data showed that Libya was followed in second by Nigeria with reserves of 36.9 billion, then Algeria in third with reserves of 12.2 billion, and Angola in fourth with reserves of 7.78 billion.Source: Libyan News Agency
