Beirut, The Israeli occupation forces continued Monday its bombardment of villages and towns in Southern Lebanon.

According to Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA), the outskirts of the southern Lebanese towns of Naqoura and Labouneh have been subjected to direct Israeli bombardment.

Sources reported that hundreds of families have been displaced due to rising Israeli attacks.

On Sunday, an Israeli drone targeted a civilian car on the Ainata-Aitaroun road in the Bint Jbeil district, killing three children and their grandmother, and injuring others.

The southern borders of Lebanon have seen an Israeli military escalation for nearly four weeks, in conjunction with the ongoing Israeli aggression on the occupied Palestinian territories since Oct. 7.
