The envoy shared this message upon his arrival in Berlin to participate in the meeting of the International Follow-up Committee of the Berlin Process on Libya. This meeting is hosted by the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) in collaboration with the German government.
Orlando described the meeting as an opportunity to mobilize international support for the efforts of the UN envoy to Libya, Hanna Tetteh.
