Egyptian, Nigerian Foreign Ministers Discuss Developments in Africa, Situation in Gaza

Cairo: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and his Nigerian counterpart, Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, discussed in a phone call today developments in Africa as well as ways to enhance joint cooperation and coordinate positions within the African Union to promote peace and security, particularly in the Sahel region. They also exchanged views on developments in the Middle East and the situation in Gaza in particular.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two sides reviewed opportunities and potential available to strongly boost bilateral relations, especially in the economic, trade, investment, and agricultural sectors.
