Tripoli: Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah of the Government of National Unity met with the French Ambassador to Libya, Thierry Vallat, to discuss joint cooperation and explore partnership and investment opportunities aimed at supporting development and stability efforts in Libya.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting focused on commercial and economic developments, as well as strategies to expand the presence of French companies in the Libyan market. This comes in light of Libya's ongoing economic momentum and rapid development projects, which provide a fertile ground for foreign investment and collaboration.
The French Ambassador emphasized France's commitment to strengthening economic ties with Libya. He highlighted the increasing activity of French companies in Libya, demonstrated through their participation in recent economic events and a growing openness to job and investment opportunities within the Libyan market.
