Tripoli: Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdulhamid Dabaiba, met with the President of the High Council of State, Mohammed Takala, to discuss the latest political and economic developments in the country and ways to enhance coordination among state institutions during the current phase.
According to Libyan News Agency, both leaders emphasized the importance of adhering to the Unified Development Agreement this year. They consider it a practical framework for unifying financial and development efforts, which will contribute to halting the decline in the value of the Libyan dinar and supporting the Central Bank of Libya's efforts in managing monetary policy and strengthening economic stability.
The discussion underscored the necessity of continued cooperation among national institutions to strengthen the unity of economic decision-making. Both sides stressed the importance of consolidating the path of financial reform and safeguarding the interests of citizens.
