Tripoli: The head of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, met with several members of the Constitution Drafting Assembly today. Dabaiba expressed concern over what he perceives as a conspiracy aimed at disrupting the referendum on the constitution. He emphasized that such actions are a direct attack on the will of the Libyan people, who elected the assembly members with the clear purpose of drafting a constitution that reflects the aspirations of all Libyans.According to Libyan News Agency, Dabaiba stated that any attempts to hinder this process constitute an obstruction of Libya's progress towards establishing a state built on law and institutions. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Government of National Unity to support the assembly's efforts, highlighting the importance of reactivating its role. Dabaiba emphasized that completing the constitutional process is essential for Libya's stability and political future.
