Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority Engages in Talks with French Ambassador

Tripoli: The Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbouh, held discussions with Mustafa Mehraj, the French Ambassador to Libya, focusing on strengthening cooperation between Libya and France in oversight and investigation, as well as the exchange of expertise between their respective institutions.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting also addressed Libya's general economic situation and involved exchanging views on transparency, economic reforms, governance principles, and the fight against corruption. Abdullah Qaderbouh highlighted the importance of creating new opportunities for cooperation by organizing specialized training courses in oversight work.

Several oversight-related topics were covered, emphasizing the importance of enhancing bilateral relations between Libya and France in good governance and developing professional competencies. This aims to ensure the application of transparency and legal accountability standards.

The Administrative Control Authority stated that this meeting is part of ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise between the two countries in combating administrative and financial corruption.
