Tripoli: The Minister of Interior of the Government of National Unity, Imad Al-Tarabulsi, held a meeting with Ma Xueliang, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Libya. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for joint cooperation between Libya’s Ministry of Interior and China, particularly in the security and technical sectors, to bolster the Ministry’s capabilities and enhance its security performance.

According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions also covered the development of coordination and collaboration in training and capacity building. They aimed to leverage Chinese expertise in modern technologies to support the Ministry’s initiatives in promoting security and stability. Both parties highlighted the significance of ongoing communication and expertise exchange to reinforce bilateral relations and aid efforts in achieving security and stability within Libya.
