Tripoli: The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Salah al-Din al-Namroush, convened a meeting today with the directors of various departments under the General Staff. According to Libyan News Agency, the Libyan Army's Moral Guidance Department revealed on its official page that the meeting focused on several obstacles hindering departmental performance.
