Tripoli: The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Salah al-Din al-Namroush, convened a meeting today with the directors of various departments under the General Staff. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss workflow and identify the key difficulties and challenges facing these departments.

According to Libyan News Agency, the Libyan Army's Moral Guidance Department revealed on its official page that the meeting focused on several obstacles hindering departmental performance. The discussions highlighted the importance of overcoming these challenges and providing the necessary resources to ensure highly efficient operations.

During the meeting, al-Namroush emphasized the need to strengthen coordination among the different departments. He advocated for a unified team approach, which is expected to contribute to raising the level of readiness and enhancing institutional performance within the General Staff.

At the conclusion of the meeting, there was consensus on establishing practical mechanisms to address bottlenecks. The development of the work environment was also prioritized to meet the requirements of the current phase, ultimately aiming to enhance the efficiency of the military institution.
