Al-Baour Engages with Bangladesh’s New Ambassador to Libya

Tripoli: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, engaged in a meeting with Mohammad Habibullah, the newly appointed Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Libya, on Wednesday. The meeting marked an important diplomatic step as Ambassador Habibullah presented a copy of his credentials, setting the stage for the official commencement of his duties in the North African nation.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation across various areas of mutual interest. Both parties highlighted the necessity for ongoing coordination and political consultation between the foreign ministries of Libya and Bangladesh, particularly concerning regional and international issues. The discussions underscored the longstanding relations between the two nations and a shared commitment to further strengthen these ties in the near future, aiming to bolster partnership and understanding.
