SANA'A - (Saba): The Yemeni Center for Human Rights condemned the targeting of civilian objects by the US aggressor in Taiz governorate, in the vicinity of a girls' school in Al-Janad area, which led to the death and injury of ten students.In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the center pointed out that the statement of the US Central Command and its recognition of its military operations during the time of the crime, confirms the conformity of the legal description of it in accordance with international humanitarian law as a full-fledged crime of aggression, and thus the United States bears full responsibility in targeting the Al-Janad area and its effects.The statement stressed that Yemen is a sovereign state that has the right to protect its people and territories and to take all means to defend itself against any external aggression as stipulated in the Charter of the United Nations and international law, with its right to prosecute those responsible for aggression and its perpet rators in national and international courts in accordance with the relevant laws and charters.Source: Yemen News Agency
