Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji met Saturday with Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF Ted Chaiban on the sidelines of the Donors' Conference to Support Internally Displaced People and Refugees in the Sahel and Lake Chad Region, held in Jeddah.The meeting addressed opportunities to enhance cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UNICEF, and included a review of the organization's humanitarian efforts to achieve global sustainable development goals (SDGs).The meeting was attended by Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Saleh Al-Suhaibani, and Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs branch in the Makkah Region Fareed Al-Shehri.Source: Saudi Press Agency
