Benghazi: UNSMIL facilitated yesterday a workshop in Benghazi on the role of civil society in security sector governance and disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration (DDR) approaches. The event was attended by civil society activists from across Libya, with significant participation from women and youth.According to Libyan News Agency, the workshop aimed to enhance the understanding and involvement of civil society groups in the processes that contribute to national security and stability.
