The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) confirmed Monday that a commercial vessel was attacked by two unknown projectiles 70 nautical miles northwest of Salif in Yemen.The UKMTO added that damage assessments were underway and that a third explosion occurred close to the vessel, but there were no casualties on board.The Houthis have been carrying out repeated drone and missile attacks in the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab Strait and the Gulf of Aden since November, forcing shipping companies to reroute ships and take longer and more expensive routes around the southern tip of Africa.Source: Qatar News Agency
