Tripoli: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Counselor Miftah Al-Qawi, emphasized the need to maintain the prestige and respect for the judiciary during his visits to the South and North Tripoli Courts of First Instance. Accompanied by the Secretary-General of the Council, Al-Qawi aimed to review the progress of work at these courts and address challenges they face.According to Libyan News Agency, one of the key issues discussed during the visit was the assault on Judicial Council member Judge Ali Al-Sharif. Al-Sharif confirmed his active engagement with the case and the ongoing investigations, as shared by the Council on its official Facebook page.Al-Qawi stressed the importance of exercising self-restraint, avoiding influence by rumors, and waiting for the outcome of the investigations. He further highlighted the necessity of preventing the exploitation of such situations and reiterated the call for upholding the dignity and respect of the judiciary.
