A Training of Trainers (TOT) Program was concluded on Thursday in Sana'a, funded and supervised by the Skills Development Fund.The goal of the program, which was organized over ten days by the Erm That Training Institute, is to introduce 20 cadres from the Shafaco company to the concepts, objectives, and basic principles of training, and to provide them with the skills to implement effective activities in all stages of the training process.The Fund's Executive Director, Ali Al Qasimi, explained that this program comes within a series of programs funded by the Fund to meet the training needs of its contributing institutions.The TOT program is considered one of the qualitative programs that the Fund is keen to finance to find individuals capable of training in these institutions with mechanisms that reduce the burden on the Fund in this field.In the course, the director of the institute, Abdul Latif Aqeel, explained that the program included practical activities and applications through which mini sessi ons were presented to the participants and feedback was provided.Source: Yemen News Agency
