Tripoli: Remains of four people were recently discovered near Zillah, prompting an investigation to uncover further details. Desert patrols from the Security and Security Operations Directorates, Internal Security, and Oil Facilities Security, along with a team from the Search and Identification of Missing Persons Authority, found the skeletons scattered in the sand in the Taqrift area near Zalla.According to Libyan News Agency, the Security Media Office of the Al-Jufra Security Directorate has stated that an investigation has been initiated in collaboration with the Public Prosecution. The investigation is based on information and data received by the Al-Jufra Internal Security Branch concerning the presence of human remains in the desert.The Security Media Office further explained that the search team did not recover any documents or personal belongings to assist in identifying the bodies. The investigations are still in the preliminary stages, and the Authority plans to conduct DNA analysis to ascertai n the identities of the skeletons.
