They praised Qatar's welcoming of the International Labour Organization's decision to upgrade Palestine's status from a "liberation movement" to a "non-member observer," viewing it as a step that strengthens international recognition of the justice of the Palestinian cause.
According to Qatar News Agency, the newspapers condemned the ongoing massacres committed by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, particularly on the first day of Eid Al-Adha. They emphasized that the catastrophic humanitarian situation faced by the people of Gaza demands urgent international action to end the aggression, halt the genocide, and hold the occupation accountable for its actions against unarmed civilians.
Al Sharq editorial shed light on the massacres carried out by Israeli occupation forces on the first day of Eid, which led to the martyrdom of dozens of civilians in Gaza, amid continued displacement, hunger, and fear.
