The governor of Ibb, Abd al-Wahed Salah, condemned the crime of torturing and killing the citizen, Muhammad Hassan Abdu Mahdi, from Jabal Bahri, al-Adain district, by militias affiliated with the so-called Transitional Council in Abyan province.
Governor Salah indicated in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this crime comes within a series of crimes against humanity committed against citizens in the occupied provinces and travelers through them, including killing, kidnapping, torture, looting and other crimes.
He called on international organizations, especially human rights organizations, to condemn the crimes of the aggression mercenaries and work to bring the perpetrators to trial.
local authority expressed its regret at the continuation of these crimes and violations, which are contrary to all international norms and laws, calling on international and regional human rights organizations to put pressure on the STC militia to release the abductees.
It called to confront these criminal acts that target citizens on public roads, holding the Transitional Council, its militias and the aggression countries fully responsible for these crimes
