Tripoli: Ashraf Al-Taib, Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, discussed with Mohammed Alim, Charg© d'Affaires of the Indian Embassy in Libya, the possibility of benefiting from Indian expertise in various development sectors in the country.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting, held at the Ministry's headquarters in Tripoli, covered several topics, including supporting trade exchange between the two countries and encouraging Libyan companies to participate in exhibitions and economic events in India. The talks also focused on enhancing cooperation in the fields of health and education, along with exploring ways to leverage Indian expertise across diverse development sectors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides affirmed the depth of the positive relations between Libya and the Republic of India. They expressed their keenness to continue coordination and develop cooperation mechanisms to serve the common interests of the two countries in various fields.
