Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Acting Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Stephanie Koury, discussed on Monday in Benghazi with Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar the latest political and security developments, particularly regarding the Central Bank of Libya (CBL).'We both recognized the need for an urgent resolution to this emerging crisis,' Koury said in a tweet.'I conveyed UNSMIL's willingness to facilitate a discussion to reach a consensual agreement on CBL's leadership.
