Minister of Information - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni Public Corporation for Radio and Television Dhaif Allah sl-Shami on Wednesday inaugurated the work of the financial and accounting system of the Corporation.
Minister al-Shami explained that working with the financial and accounting system comes within the framework of the institution's endeavor to introduce electronic systems in the practice of its business.
Al-Shami considered this step advanced in implementing the national vision matrix for building the modern Yemeni state, which aims to develop professional and technical performance in the ministry, institutions and media.
The Minister of Information indicated that the inauguration of the financial and accounting system in the institution represents a first step, followed by similar steps during the year 1445 AH to link channels and radio stations with the electronic financial and accounting system in the institution.
He emphasized the Ministry of Information's endeavor during the next phase to introduce automation and networking systems in the media work of all media institutions, with the aim of simplifying and facilitating financial and administrative work procedures.
