Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (75) of 2024, restructuring the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), based on a proposal by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments, and following the approval of the Cabinet.Article IThe Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution shall be restructured and chaired by Ali Abdullah Al Aradi and include the following members:1. Sir Christopher Greenwood2. Tom Sikora3. Meg Kinnear4. Reza Mohtashami5. Darius Khambata6. Amina Jaffar Al Anesi7. Aisha Abdullah Mutaiwee8. Marike PaulssonThe membership term of the board shall last for three years.Article IIThe Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments shall implement this decree, which shall be effective from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.Source: Bahrain News Agency
