Tripoli: The National General Maritime Transport Company (GNMTC) announced a significant delivery of over 100,000 tons of petroleum products to Libyan ports during June 2025. This substantial supply aims to meet the energy needs of the region efficiently.
According to Libyan News Agency, GNMTC’s fleet successfully delivered 91,880.05 metric tons of gasoline to the port of Tripoli. The delivery was accomplished by two tankers: Anwar Al Nasr, which transported 45,931.497 metric tons, and Anwar Al Khaleej, which transported 45,948.553 metric tons.
Additionally, GNMTC reported that tanker Anwar Africa unloaded 5,000 metric tons of Jet A-1 aviation fuel at the port of Misrata. The company also transported approximately 14,930.386 metric tons of kerosene to the port of Benghazi, ensuring a steady supply of essential petroleum derivatives across the region.
