Benghazi: The French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, emphasized France’s commitment to bolstering economic relations with Libya. The statement came during a recent visit of a French business delegation to Benghazi on November 26 and 27, which Mihraje described as “constructive.”

According to Libyan News Agency, this marked the fourth visit of a French delegation to Libya within the last two years, with previous visits to Tripoli and Benghazi-Derna. The ambassador highlighted the ongoing interest of France in fostering stronger economic ties with Libya, underscoring the significance of these diplomatic engagements.

During the visit, contracts were finalized between French companies and Libya’s Development and Reconstruction Fund, focusing on crucial sectors such as water and infrastructure. This development signifies a strategic move to enhance cooperation and investment opportunities between the two nations.
