Tripoli: The office of the presidency of the government assigned by the parliament in the southern region warned citizens and drivers of vehicles to take precautions due to the interruption of roads linking the areas of Tarbo and Zuwayla located in the southwest of the country.The office of the presidency of the government confirmed that heavy rains and the flow of torrents caused the interruption of the main roads linking those areas located in the southwest of the country.For its part, the Sabha Municipal Council announced today, Sunday, the death of two people and the injury of 33 cases as a result of the torrents and rains that the city witnessed since the early morning hours.The Sabha Municipal Council explained that the injuries were the result of damage to some homes due to the rainfall.The council directed the affected people and the teams working in the response and evacuating the stranded to designate Al-Wahda School in Al-Jadeed neighborhood as a place to shelter the affected families until the end of the rainfall.Source: Libyan News Agency
