The Cultural Development Fund participated in the Riyadh International Book Fair, hosted by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission between September 26 and October 5 at King Saud University, reaffirming its role as a significant financial enabler of the cultural sector, striving to motivate, develop and sustain it.The fund participated with a main pavilion where it presented the financial and development services it provides the cultural sector. The pavilion received visits from many interested people, including writers and entrepreneurs.It also had a wing in the business zone, where it provided over 200 consultations during the fair period to creators and entrepreneurs, guiding them on how to establish cultural projects, and support their growth and expansion.During the event, the fund, in partnership with the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), announced 17 winning cultural projects, which competed in the third edition of the Arabic Content Enrichment Initiative; SAR8.5 mil lion were allocated for the winners in the cultural tracks.Source: Saudi Press Agency
