Tripoli: The People's Republic of China is identified as Libya's largest and most significant trading partner, with Chinese goods prevalent in Libyan households. This statement was made by Liu Jian, the Charg© d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Libya, who expressed China's interest in supporting Libya's reconstruction.

According to Libyan News Agency, Liu Jian highlighted that Chinese companies are eager to participate in the development and reconstruction of Libya once the country achieves security and stability. The diplomat's remarks underline the strong trade relations between the two nations, with China playing a central role in Libya's economy.

Liu Jian also extended an invitation to Libyan figures from different sectors to visit China. The purpose of these visits would be to engage in exhibitions and discussions aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
