According to Bahrain News Agency, the congratulations were conveyed through a cable sent by Shaikh Isa, who serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen).
