Arab League has strongly condemned the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces in a school sheltering thousands of displaced people in Gaza city, which led to over 100 martyrs and dozens of injured civilians. In a statement on Saturday, Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, described the Israeli massacre as a dastard act, stressing that killing displaced civilians during dawn prayer is a crime that surpasses even the low level typically associated with the occupying army, in terms of its thoroughness in vileness, and lack of conscience. The statement added that the continuation of the genocidal war against the Palestinians is a license for Israel to constantly commit murder and get away with it.It called on the international community to step up real pressures on the Israeli occupation to seriously negotiate through mediators to a reach an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, in exchange for a prisoner swap deal.Source: Qatar News Agency
