Tripoli: The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Salah al-Din al-Namroush, held a meeting with the Head of Turkish Military Intelligence, Major General Ertugrul Ertuganli, to explore avenues for boosting security and intelligence collaboration between Libya and Turkey.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Presidency announced on its official platform that the discussions concentrated on developing joint operational mechanisms. These measures aim to fortify the capabilities of both nations' military establishments in addressing existing security challenges.
The dialogue also included discussions on expanding cooperation in areas such as training, qualification, and expertise exchange. This initiative seeks to improve personnel proficiency, enhance readiness, and elevate performance standards.
