Tripoli: Minister of Social Affairs Wafaa Al-Kilani has emphasized the ministry’s dedication to addressing the challenges impeding the distribution of grants to displaced persons and migrants across the nation. She reiterated the priority status of this issue within the ministry’s agenda.
According to Libyan News Agency, this statement was made during a meeting led by Al-Kilani at the ministry’s headquarters. The meeting focused on monitoring the disbursement process of grants, examining distribution methods, and updating databases to ensure consistent grant disbursement to various regions.
This initiative aligns with the execution of Prime Ministerial Decision No. 412 of 2025, which pertains to the allocation of rental allowance grants to the approved lists of displaced and migrant families, totaling 13,229 families.
