Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Minister Dr. Radwan Al-Rabaei sent a cable of congratulations to the Revolution Leader , Sayyed Abdul Malik Badreddin Al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, H.E.
