An earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale struck the Eastern Samar province in the Philippines today.According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the earthquake's epicenter was 22 kilometers from the municipality of Sulat, at a depth of 10 kilometers.No casualties or material damage have been reported so far from the quake.Source: Saudi Press Agency
