Tunis: The Ministry of Sport and the Republic of Tunisia’s Ministry of Youth and Sports have formalized an executive program for cooperation in the fields of youth and sports for the years 2025-2026. This agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Tunisian Ministry of Youth and Sports in Tunis.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program was signed by Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Massad on behalf of Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, alongside Tunisian Ministry of Youth and Sports Chief of Staff Chokri Ben Hassen. The signing ceremony was attended by Tunisian Minister of Youth and Sports Sadok Mourali and the Saudi ambassador to Tunisia, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Saqr.
The two-year program is designed to enhance cooperation in youth and sports, facilitate exchange visits for leaders and youth and sports delegations, and enable the sharing of successful experiences between sports federations, sports and youth administrations, and sports
committees. Additionally, it aims to support coordination for training programs, workshops in sports media, and participation in conferences and scientific symposiums.
This agreement underscores the historic relations between Saudi Arabia and Tunisia and aligns with the Ministry of Sport’s efforts to strengthen international relations and collaboration with various sports entities. The partnership seeks to foster the exchange of expertise and knowledge in youth and sports between the two nations.
