Tajora: The Environmental Sanitation Affairs Department in Tajora has initiated a comprehensive spraying campaign aimed at controlling the proliferation of flying and crawling insects during and after the Eid al-Adha season.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Tajoura Municipality has detailed that the operations focused on eradicating these pests by targeting the popular sheep and livestock market and its surroundings. The campaign involved nighttime spraying over several consecutive days to effectively eliminate insects and disease vectors.
In addition, the campaign addressed areas where hides and slaughter waste are disposed of, as well as local landfills. This effort was facilitated by the use of a vehicle-mounted residual sprayer, ensuring thorough coverage and increased efficiency in pest control operations.
