Riyadh: Under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO), Minister of Commerce Majid Al-Kassabi, the 9th National Quality Conference will commence tomorrow at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Riyadh. Organized by SASO, the event is themed "Quality in the Age of Advanced Technologies" and will feature extensive participation from decision-makers, local and international experts, and pioneers in quality and technology.According to Saudi Press Agency, the three-day conference will include 12 dialogue sessions and six training workshops. It aims to explore the pivotal role of advanced technologies in enhancing quality, the benefits of investing in these technologies, and successful experiences integrating cutting-edge solutions to improve service quality. Key topics include leveraging the fourth generation of quality to enhance institutional efficiency, achieving excellence, and aligning innovative research and practices with sustainable d evelopment goals.The conference will also provide a platform for networking and sharing insights among stakeholders, focusing on improving the quality of products and services. Practical recommendations will be proposed to support digital transformation and align with global trends in quality enhancement.This year, the conference highlights China as the guest of honor. Chinese representatives will share their expertise and experiences, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between Saudi Arabia and China in the field of quality.
