Pilgrims of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Hajj Program Visit King Fahd Quran Printing Complex

Pilgrims of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah today visited the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex in Madinah.

During their tour, the pilgrims of the program were briefed on the efforts made to preserve the Holy Quran, including the processes of printing, translation into multiple languages, review and verification processes, and distribution to Muslims around the world.

They praised the significant progress and development provided by the complex and the technologies used in printing the Holy Quran, which increased the complex’s production capacity from 8 million to 20 million copies of the Holy Quran annually.

This achievement was realised thanks to the support and guidance provided by the wise leadership as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to serve Islam and Muslims and to take care of the Holy Book of Allah by printing and distributing it.

At the end of the visit, representatives from the complex gifted copies of the Holy Quran and its translations to the program’s pilgrims.

The program, implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, hosted 4,951 pilgrims from 92 countries this year.
